About Ken
Ken’s practice focuses on transactional and litigation primarily involving intellectual property. He has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of transactional and contractual matters. His practice encompasses counseling clients through all stages of negotiating contracts, contract disputes and providing guidance on copyright, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition matters.
As a counselor, Ken takes the time to understand his clients’ underlying interests, objectives, and concerns. He works collaboratively with clients to develop practical, creative, and effective solutions tailored to their particular needs.
As a litigator, Ken draws on extensive experience representing individuals, small businesses, and multinational corporations in both state and federal courts. His litigation practice is informed by a deep understanding of intellectual property and commercial disputes, as well as a commitment to achieving efficient and favorable outcomes for his clients.
Before joining Chauvel & Glatt, LLP, Ken served as a law clerk for two years at the U.S. District Court in San Francisco. He subsequently practiced intellectual property law for 15 years at a leading San Francisco law firm, where he represented clients in a wide range of intellectual property and commercial matters.
