Chauvel & Glatt is pleased to announce that Attorney Derek Myers was elected to serve on the California Trucking Association’s Board of Directors. Since 2017, Derek has been a director of the CTA’s Bay Area Unit Steering / Planning Committee. In May 2018 and 2019, Derek was the lead organizer and a speaker at the CTA’s annual Bay Area Law & Legislative Update event, in which he gave presentations on current legal issues affecting the transportation industry. As a director of CTA’s Board, Derek will serve alongside CTA president Shawn Yadon and other notable individuals with long-standing ties to the transportation industry.
