About Ken
Ken’s practice is primarily in the areas of litigation and intellectual property. He has extensive experience handling both the counseling and dispute resolution aspects of copyright, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition matters. As a counselor, he tries to understand clients’ underlying interests and needs and offers creative solutions to their problems and questions. As a litigator, he draws upon a background representing individuals, small companies, and multinational corporations in both state and federal court. Prior to working at Chauvel & Glatt, LLP, Kenneth served as a clerk for two years at the U.S. District Court in San Francisco and practiced intellectual property law for 15 years at a leading San Francisco law firm.
