On Friday May 20, 2022, Chauvel & Glatt’s longtime client, Scott Taylor, CEO/Chairman of GSC Logistics, Inc., was honored by the Harbor Trucking Association (“HTA”) and named HTA’s Advocate of the Year. This award is a tribute to the significant contributions that Scott made to the HTA and the transportation industry over the past year.
The HTA is a coalition of intermodal carriers and affiliates that serve America’s West Coast Ports and is made up of hundreds of members located throughout the West Coast. HTA’s purpose is to advocate, educate and promote strategies with other goods movement stakeholders and policy makers in an effort to sustain emission reductions, provide a dialog for intermodal truck efficiency, and to return cargo and jobs to America’s west coast ports.
Scott’s contributions to the HTA have not gone unnoticed. Chauvel & Glatt wants to congratulate Scott for this notable accolade and thank HTA for all its work on behalf of the transportation industry!
